More About Me
Welcome to my page! My name is Daniel Foreman and I am a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Ohio. Originally from Indiana, I moved to the Dayton area in 1995 while serving in the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. After serving proudly, I chose to make the Dayton area a home for myself and my future family. For the next 21 years, I continued serving locally as a police officer, detective, and polygraph examiner. In 2007, I was awarded Police Officer of the Year for my local agency. I also became a small business owner in the Dayton area as a private polygraph examiner. My service in the United States Air Force and later as a police officer instilled in me the discipline it takes to effectively and responsibly represent buyers and sellers. In addition, thousands of interactions during my prior service have provided me with valuable interpersonal skills for use in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my client’s listings. I have been described as detail and goal-oriented, tenacious, proactive, and fun to be around. I also had the honor of being elected as the Vice-President of my local chapter of Fraternal Order of Police. Outside of real estate, I enjoy giving back to my community, supporting local businesses, and spending time with my own family as well as my church family. I also enjoy cooking, traveling and I love to get out on the water in the summer time. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your trust as well as your business. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
